[TYPO3] Indexed search not indexing!

Hi,

I have a problem with the indexed search engine. I added indexed search 
markers to my templates, removed all indexed search data but now the search 
engine is not indexing anymore. Indexed search is enabled in the template. I 
tried reinstalling the extension but that did not solve the problem. Can 
anyone help me, because I really don't like the idea of having to reinstall 
typo to solve it ;-)
