[TYPO3] $this->MOD_SETTINGS['showPalettes']

Hi

How to control $this->MOD_SETTINGS['showPalettes']

it is different as
$this->modTSconfig['properties'],
which can be controlled in TS config of users/user groups

mod.xMOD_alt_doc{
...
}

I tried to force that value as 'on'
but it caused only change in checbox but
it didn't affect if secondary palettes are show.
