[TYPO3] Help Menu.

Hi there..

Finaly got my typo3 working, and is looking at the videos to learn how 
to master it.

But there is one thing i would like to have help with...

The menu on the left. I can make it "2 layers", but how do i make i "3 
layers"?

exem.

Me
  |--Work
  |--other    <----- would like this to expand when clicked on.
  |    |-- friends
  |    |-- family
  |    |-- etc.
  |--Links

Finaly... how can i make the menu to be on top of site, instead on the left?
