[TYPO3] zero before point

I had a similar problem.
Zeros at end of telephon-numbers got removed (0123-234-0 changed to 
0123-234-)
As far as I remember, this was because of either qcom_htmlcleaner or 
sb_akronymmanager.
Do you have one of these extensions installed?
Anyways, I dont have a solution, I changed text in a way, that zeros 
didn't dissapear anymore... (0123-2340, this way it worked)
