[TYPO3] change uploadfolder uploads/pics via TSconf

Dear list,

is there a way to override the value for the uploadfolder for images in 
the TSconf?

It's about an ext that is used for different purposes. So entries in one 
sysfolder should store images in another directory than entries stored 
in the second sysfolder. (So no way using global settings)

something like this?

TCEFORM.tt_news.image.uploadfolder = uploads/pics/bla


This really would be useful.
