[TYPO3] flash slideshow problem

Hello,

I'm trying to add a flash slideshow to my site using this extension:
slideshow (4224)
http://typo3.org/extensions/repository/search/slideshow/

The manual
http://typo3.org/documentation/document-library/slideshow/Creating_slideshows/
states :
"On a sysfolder, just create a new element and choose «Flash SlideShow» 
from the list:"

Either I'm missing with the sysfolder (I clicked both the globe in the 
page three and the rootpage of my site, and chose 'new'), but I can't 
find the option to add a "Flash Slideshow".

Consequently, when I create the content item, I have no flash animations 
to choose from.

Any suggestions?
