[TYPO3] direct mail statistics

Hi,

can somebody please help me what i have to do to get statistics about 
sent direct mails? I send HTML mails, they succesfully arrives, they're 
opened at teh destination, but in the typo3 backend at mail statistics i 
cannot see how many of them a (HTML mails viewed is 0).

I think i have to use  some markers, but couldn't find info about it in 
the docs.
