[TYPO3] List Items wrapped with <p>

Don't worry. Thanks for the hint. However. I found some threads, but none 
offered a solution.
I'm still looking for the TS that tells Typo3 not to wrap <li> with a <p> in 
every line. The entry in the DB looks fine so the problem is somewhere in 
DB-> output and not RTE->DB...
