[TYPO3] Restrict access to fileadmin?

Hi,

is there any possibility to restrict the access to the 
fileadmin-area, from the client side?  I want to upload files 
through the backend, but these files must not be accessible for 
normal visitors, but only with a login.

It is no problem to generate a restricted webpage.  But the files 
are still available, if someone enters their URL directly.

Any solution possible?
