[TYPO3] Extension manager, import Extensions side empty (Downlaod/Upgrade Extensions).

Hi List,

We notice for some time that with the Extension manager Downlaod/Upgrade 
of Extensions is not possible. All the same which version 3.7 or 3.8.

Firefox shows empty side with these URL also.

Which wrong we make ?
That had worked already times everything.
Is those correct URL, or has TER generally a problem?
