[TYPO3] static menu images not appearing in typo3temp/menu

Just a quick note to say thanks for the advice. It's working now, but 
still a little temperamentally. I'm sure it will settle down eventually 
when I get all the right images in the right folders and the constant 
variables set correctly ;-)
