[TYPO3] Disable 'Quick edit' and 'Info'

Hi

I didn't find options to disable 'Quick edit' mode
and 'Info' from the drop-down-list, where is 'Columns'
and 'Languages'.

Why - I used a modified version of 'gb_dragndrop' (it is a
part of 'tm_contentaccess') and it might be better for
some user to make Typo3 as simple to use as possible.

Then all unnecessary features should be disabled.
I would like to use existing TS configuration but if
there is not such, I must add it.
