[TYPO3] Some Problems with T3 4.x and MSSQL 2000

Hi folks,

ive some Problems with T3 4.x and MSSQL2000, so lets start:

1st) If i want to create a Page in Pagetree using TV it always ends
in updateing an existing Record, also in other records such tt_news or own
extensions. There is never created a new Record.

2nd) If i choose "Main" (Earth) the tree is reloaded and first level is
shown. 
So if i klick the first level to become the next level only the Main-Level
is shown. 
Also at fileadmin, all levels behind the second level aren't shown!

Could anyone help to solve, iam on work to this problems since one week.
