[TYPO3] Questionnaire Problem

Hi

 

I am working on the creation of a questionnaire. The questions are
nested (see example below) 

14. Skill sets and competencies 
  a. Skill set and Competency 1: 
     i. Description: 
     ii. Quantity: 
     iii. Details/Links 
  b. Skill set and Competency 2: 
     i. Description: 
     ii. Quantity: 
     iii. Details/Links 

I have worked out a way to do it using the open ended (one or more
lines) question type, but unfortunately it will only allow me to use
text boxes and some of the answers need to be in text areas (for example
Description). 

Has anyone come across this problem before and has anyone got a
solution, please?
