[TYPO3] RTE and styling bulletlists

ok you need to:
- enable the blockstyle drop down in the allowed RTE buttons
- create a style sheet for the RTE to use that only has those styles
applied to UL
- allow the class in the UL transformation so it doesn't get stripped out
- allow the class in the RTE config
