[TYPO3] realUrl - shorter Urls

Hi,

is it possible to generate shorter Urls with realUrls as for example this:

http://xxx.net/magazin/stadtleben/single/artikel/2006/12/schulkunst-spuren.html

Or to generate an url like this instead:

http://xxx.net/magazin/stadtleben/single-artikel-2006-12-schulkunst-spuren.html

I didn't found anything. Do you know some way?
Btw: the url above is generated by the news extension.
