[TYPO3] Database issues with tt_address

hello, 

I got some issues with tt_address. I installed the extension and can also
insert adress records which are correctly saved in the db. But while
saving as well as clicking on listview of the concerned sysfolder i get
the following error: 
mysql_num_rows(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result 
resource in class.t3lib_db.php on line 789.

I am using T3 4.0.2 on mysql 5 and php 4

Any hints welcome.
