[TYPO3] Blank frontend

Hi,
Some body gave me a 3.8.1 backup. I restore all in my computer so i can 
enter in the BE.I had erased all cahe and all tempfiles (i think) in the 
installation window.
When im trying to see FE i take a blank pahe with sometimes this message:
"Page is being generated.
If this message does not disappear within 30 seconds, please reload."
But allways blank.
In the log of apache i see:
"PHP Fatal error:  Call to undefined function ctype_digit() in 
public_html/typo3_src-3.8.1/typo3
/sysext/cms/tslib/class.tslib_content.php on line 1597, referer: 
/testsite-3.8.1/typo3/sysext/viewpage/view/frameset.php?id=12

"Failed to change_hat to 'HANDLING_UNTRUSTED_INPUT'"

The first error i dont know because its happend beacuse i have php5 and all 
ctype functions are enable bye deafult. Wrong?
The second error i had it in the begining but increasing memory for php it 
was solve.Now i had tried memory of 16,32 and 64M and doesnt works.
Please help me.
