[TYPO3] error: Warning: mysql_fetch_assoc()

Hi again

Ok I can see there are ways to two compare the database with typo3 -

      Update required tables COMPARE


And

Compare with $TCA

I tried both of them, and it seem like it is different tables and fields 
there doesnt match -

When I try to update required tables - it doesnt update anything?
