Could somebody with SVN access add this line of comments to the line 800
or so?

// If you get a error message pointing to line below it is probably
something wrong in your database - use the install tool->Database
Analyser and do COMPARE. That usually solves your problem.

I belive it will improve TYPO3 for some users and relive the rest of us
from some questions on the topic.
