[TYPO3] mail form

Hi All,

1. After creating a mail form content in a page, when I click the 
"submit" button, Firefox and IE both open a new browser window but my 
submission data is still there in the second window.  I want to change 
it so that a page comes up that says "Thank you. Any ideas?

2. Have it wait 8 seconds, then re-load the home page automatically.
