[TYPO3] t3skin_improved

Hi All,

  I would like to introduce extension t3skin_improved.
  It is in TER [1].

  For some time I was just replacing images in typo3_src, however when
  it finally bothered me - I've formed these changes as extension, and
  published in TER - maybe someone also would be interested.

  So extension accumulates some fixes of standard t3skin, also add some
  new stuff.

  Take a look, if you are interesting. Some screenshots available at
  the documentation [2].
