[TYPO3] tm_contentaccess & realUrl configuration

Hi Tapio...

Thank you for your great work with tm_contentaccess :-)

When I use it to make nice FE editing together with realUrl, then the 
edit tools and icons does not show up at all.

It seems to be nessasary to add some code to the localconf.php (located 
in the typo3conf directory) in order to make tm_contentaccess work.

Which code could that be?
