[TYPO3] Backend has crashed danp_libs not loaded

Hi all,

I installed the tagclouds extension without first installing the 
required danp_lib library. Now I cant access the backend, the backend 
displays an error
TYPO3 Fatal Error: Extension key "danp_libs" was NOT loaded! 
(t3lib_extMgm::extPath)

How do I fix it, any help appreciated.
