[TYPO3] load extension TSconfig to array

Hello,

I would like to call sr_feuser_register from my extension and render
it in some cases but I have problem with parameter $conf.
I spent almost whole day by finding function which generates $conf
array for extension and didnt found it.
I tried to load typoscript file directly, but defaul TS contains
references to another TS.
There must by function for this but I didnt found.
