[TYPO3] protect the fileadmin folder

Hi,

Dmitry is right, do you want to prevent others from viewing the 
fileadmin folder? Then an empty index.html does the trick.Otherwise, you 
might look into http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.0/howto/htaccess.html .
