[TYPO3] Does anyone want to start a Typo3 User Group in Shanghai?

Dear Typo3 Shanghai and China community:

My name is Tony Caskey. I live in Shanghai and I have lived in China for about four years.

Is anyone already trying to start a Typo3 Shanghai User Group? If so, please contact me. If no one is trying to start such a group, would any of you be interested in starting a Shanghai Typo3 User Group? If so, please contact me.

I would especially like to hear from you if you are a teacher or faculty member at a Chinese University or a member of an already established programming industry group, because your positiion would make you the best qualified to lead the group.
