[TYPO3] Having RTE ignore styles?

Hey everybody --

is there any way to tell the RTE (HTMLArea in my case) to ignore 
specific classes/styles when displaying content in the RTE?

I have my RTE set up to load in styles from an external stylesheet, 
which works fine.  However, I have the <body> tag set with text-align: 
center; in that stylesheet (so that the site elements will be centered 
in IE, which doesn't like standard CSS centering).

The problem that causes is that when I edit content in the RTE, it is 
all displayed as centered. I assume this is because the RTE is 
inheriting the styles I assigned to the <body> tag.

Is there any way to tell it to ignore styles associated with <body>?
