[TYPO3] "Caption for popup image" extension and showpic.php

Hello list,

We are currently using the "Caption for popup image" extension. This
allows us to add a caption to a popup image opened with the
"click-enlarge" function of the text w/ image content element.

It worked fine until we upgraded to TYPO3 4.0

I've already searched the web and found that there was a problem with
showpic.php . Indeed, the extension wouldn't find it. So I added a
symlink to showpic.php in our TYPO3 main location.

Since then, it seems to be able to find showpic.php, but encounters some
parameters problems :
"Parameter Error: Wrong parameters sent."

Does anybody have an idea how to make this extension work under TYPO3
4.0 ?
