[TYPO3] Recordset Navigation in typo3

Hi all

 

I would like to set up Recordset Navigation in typo3 so that I get a list of
links like the following

 

Pages List: List of links like 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5

 

How can I find out how to do this via TypoScript or via an extension
