[TYPO3] All Frontend plugins / extensions are not rendering

 System info:
 
> > Typo3 4.0.1 and 4.0 dummy package
> > PHP Version 4.3.11
> > webhost server = !yahoo
 
 
 My problem:

 All frontend plugins will not render in the
 front-end.
  After inserting any FE plugin via the backend, it
 doesnt show up in the FE HTML; just this.

 All backend modules/extensions have install
 without
 problem, as well as, all front end objects that
 shiped

 with typo3 render without problem.
 
 I have noticed that this question has been asked
before by paul; however, their was no reply, 

Does anybody have any ideas?  life without indexed
search has been terrible?
