[TYPO3] 403 Forbidden on Link Addition in Plain HTML

For anyone else who has this problem, I added the following line to my
.htaccess file (courtesy of
http://help.textdrive.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=85):

SecFilterEngine Off

This disabled mod_security on my domain and seems to have gotten things
working.

I shouldn't get my hopes too much since I haven't done too much testing, but
things that failed before haven't now, so here's to hoping that's the end of
that!

Thanks again to Mike and Martin.  I hope I'm not back in need of help
anytime soon!
