[TYPO3] Accessibility Glossary extension

Hello,

We are currently testing Accessibility Glossary extension (a21glossary).
The extension is working just as we need it, except for one thing :
glossary terms are recognized in the menu / titles too, and not only in
the page content.

Is there a way I tell the extension to proceed with terms included in
the page content, but not in menus or in titles ?
