[TYPO3] Advice with BE user/pages structure?

Regards all,

I need to create a lot of BE pages and each page to have an associated BE
user to edit only that page.

What experience do you have to automate as much as possible this sort of
structure.

I presume at this stage the workflow is:
1) Create the BE page
2) Create the BE user
3) Change the owner of the page to the user id and set the edit permissions
