[TYPO3] Link with added parameters

Hey,

I'm working on a site, where I use an extra parameter in the url called 
cid. The url looks like this: 
http://..../index.php?id=10&L=1&cid=3&cHash=6ea871d

When creating a link in a page content, the url only reflects the id and 
L parameter, but not - despite what I want - the cid and cHash parameter.

I'm almost certain, that it's possible to reflect the last two 
parameters, but I haven't been able to find a solution.

Anyone with a solution or hint?
