[TYPO3] [Typo3] tt_news: Selected category not showing up for normal BE-user in BE-form

The answer has taken almost a year (not sure if you're still doing this, 
or if you found the solution yourself), but here it is:

Add read access for all (or at least the group the editor is member of) 
to the General Record Store.
