[TYPO3] Different settigs for two content elements in the same page

Hi

I would need
in the *same* page
for one menu (on the right)

tt_content.menu.20.1.maxItems = 3
and for another (in the main content area)

tt_content.menu.20.1.maxItems = 1000

I would need some condtion on the base of
either colPos or uid of the content element
and I don't figure how to start making conditions
