Rocky,
	Which version of T3? Did you read the manuals!?!? Did you read them 
again? Did you try to search the english and newloginbox news groups? 
Did you search the almighty source of all information that is Google? I 
know there are extensions that address this. It may even be addressed in 
NLB extension. Below find a search in google that will give you many
