[TYPO3] Problem installing extension oxcs_rssreagregator

I am tring to find a useable RSS extension. So far I have tried
n_rdfimport and I don't seem to be able to get the display working
properly. I have also installed tw_rssfeeds but can't seem to get any
output from it at all.

I am now trying oxcs_rssreagregator which I think is overkill for what
I need but it probably does the job. However when I add the plugin on
a page I get many lines of errors at the top of the display:

I am using Typo3 v 4.0.

I have re-installed the extension twice, but still get the same error
message.

Any ideas why it is going wrong.
