[TYPO3] Full URL in menu links

Hey Rudy,
I'm not sure how well it will meet your needs, but if you have TYPO3 
domain records set up, then a Typoscript onption and an extension might 
do the trick.

The typoscript option "config.typolinkCheckRootline" can be used to 
generate absolute links for anything outside the current domain of the page.

The only exception to this is menus, but the p2_menudom extension adds 
this capability.

Seems a little different than what you need, but might be close enough 
to work with some tweaking :)
