[TYPO3] Where can I get extensions ter_fe and ter_doc_pdf?

Hi,

In the manual for extension 'TYPO3 Extension Repository' (ext. key 
'ter'), another extension is mentioned: 'ter_fe'. I can not find that 
extension. Anyone knows where it has gone?

In the manual for the extension ter_doc another extension ter_doc_pdf is 
mentioned - does anyone know where I can get a hold of that?
