[TYPO3] default login password

I switched the database back to the original and I can login but what is the
process of creating a new database, installing a fresh copy of T3 onto it
from an existing T3 installation.

I have been messing around with my current installation and the and I want
to start again without all the leftover cruft from deleted content elements.
