[TYPO3] Bug maxWidth htmlarea RTE version 1.4.1?

Sorry, was a mistake in my mail, I have actually set 
RTE.default.buttons.image.options.magic.maxWidth = 530 (as well as 
RTE.default.buttons.image.options.plain.maxWidth = 530 for plain images). 
So the question remains why this fails to resize the image the first time 
it is used...
