[TYPO3] tt_news doesn't show the "Date/Time" and "Subheader" fields in BE

HI,

the tt_news extension is installed and working fine.
BE users which are not administrators can edit news items but can't edit 
the "Date/Time" and "Subheader" fields.
Any ideas?

I'm using 3.8.1, tt_news 2.4.0.
