Hi Tracey

A search form is planned for the BZD Staff Directory Extension. But it's
not realized yet.

How should a non TYPO3 user be able to input his information? Do you
mean on the front end, not in the back end? Or really "non TYPO3 user"
(which would be "anonymous")?
