[TYPO3] reverse title

Is there any way to reverse what appears in the title?

By default the title is:
 	site title: page title

Is there any way to make it appear as:
 	page title, site title

We try to always put the page title first followed by the name of our 
university, city and then state. I feel this is more usable for the search 
results, indexes, bookmarks, etc.
