[TYPO3] typo3 v4 problem with lighttpd and fcgi

ok, well i fixed that one too, I don't know why, but when I clicked to 
download templavoila it downloaded version 0.4 instead of the latest. I 
had to delete that from the server, and download the latest, and now it 
works (nearly).
