[TYPO3] multiple domains will not work

Point the domain instead to the domain name without the /typo3. 
Actually, when setting up DNS and domain parking, you set the domain to 
the server and then on the server park the domain on the hosting account 
or to the root of the primary domain. Then, TYPO3 will figure everything 
out from there. If there is no domain record for the secondary domain it 
will point to the main page tree's first page. If there is a domain 
record set at a page, once the request comes in to the hosting account, 
T3 will show the correct page.

You set it up correctly, since it goes to the page you pointed the 
domain to. You just pointed the domain to the wrong place. :)
