[TYPO3] rtehtmlarea warning about running version 4.0 vs. 4.0.0

I just recently upgraded typo3 from 3.8.1 to 4.0 and when trying to 
install rtehtmlarea I get this dependency error:

Dependency Error
The running TYPO3 version (4.0) is lower than required (4.0.0)

4.0 vs. 4.0.0 ? Is this a bug?

I guess I can ignore this version requirement?
