[TYPO3] Problems to install TYPO3 4.0

Hi,

this error could occur when you do a fresh install of TYPO3 4.0 and some 
directories in typo3temp are missing (cs, GB, llmxl, pics, temp)

But first check the permissions in typo3conf.
